The President and CEO of Volvo Group, Martin Lundsedt, recently visited Al-Futtaim Auto & Machinery Co. LLC (FAMCO) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Lundsedt and the Volvo delegation visited FAMCO in DIP, one of the biggest commercial and heavy vehicle facilities in Dubai and had a meeting with the top FAMCO leadership.
The trip also confirmed the significance of the Middle East market for the Volvo Group and the position of FAMCO as a key strategic partner in the area’s booming mobility sector.
“We had great meetings with the Dubai Authorities and of course with Al-Futtaim Group and executive management to talk about what we can do together now to continue to develop even more sustainable solutions,” said Lundsedt.
