Manabu Arami, President of Hitachi Construction Machinery Middle East Corp. FZE, Khalil Abdu Al-Rubb, Chairman of Harmony Investment Company-Tamkeen, and Mohammed Jaber, General Manager of Tamkeen, all attended the agreement ceremony.
