Dutco Construction was named the principal contractor for the Serenity Mansions, located in Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai, by Majid Al Futtaim, a prominent shopping center, communities, retail, and leisure pioneer in the region.
The construction of the much-anticipated ultra-luxury community within the Tilal Al Ghaf complex has begun with the granting of the $427 million contract. There are 109 independent mansions in the area.
The creative residential architecture of Serenity Mansions was produced in collaboration with the multi-award-winning architectural companies SAOTA and Nabil Gholam. BLINK architecture, known for its work on the most opulent hotels in the world, designed the interiors.
