The installation and start-up of an 82-meter-long casting bed has been successfully completed, with 600-ton capacity prestressing heads, strand stressing and relaxation equipment, laterals for rectangular beam, L-beam and T-beam, with height-adjustable interior structures and 24m in length, supplied for the company INTERSIG.
The INTERSIG MAROC KARKACHI & FATH group has been a leader in the Casablanca region for 40 years, in the production of small precast elements, beams and prestressed hollow-core slabs. INTERSIG has seen MOLDTECH as a technological partner, to enter the market of heavy prefabrication and prestressing of large beams.
The equipment is already in full production. It is worth mentioning the excellent collaboration and understanding that our installation technicians have had with the INTERSIG technicians and the perfect execution of the civil works by the client following the Moldtech instructions. It allowed rapid progress in assembly, commissioning, training and concrete testing.
Morocco is advancing by leaps and bounds in the development of its heavy precast industry, and Moldtech is positioned as one of the main players as a supplier and technological partner in the neighboring country.
