In Aqaba, Jordan, AD Ports has named MAG Group Holding, a Dubai-based real estate company, as the main developer for the first phase of Marsa Zayed, a significant coastal resort and residential development situated on the Red Sea.
Supported by the governments of the United Arab Emirates and Jordan, Phase 1 of Marsa Zayed will cover 1.2 million square kilometers and include the following: a marina with approximately 1,260 residential and 117 retail units; a hotel and hotel apartment complex with a beach club; an Old Souq marketplace with 50 retail stores; and the restoration of the iconic Aqaba Minerat.
