The Aseer Development Authority (ASDA), in partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Tourism Development Fund, Red Sea Markets for Real Estate Investment Company, and Banque Saudi Fransi, announced the signing of the main contract for the construction of The Point project, which is expected to cost more than $266m.
The Point, which will open in the fourth quarter of 2027, measures 75,000 square meters and is located on the highway that connects the Khamis Mushait Governorate to Abha. It is 7 kilometers from the city center of Abha and 14 minutes from Abha International Airport.
The project consists of several high-end Hilton hotel apartments and a Canopy Hotel by Hilton, as well as a range of stores, eateries, cafes both domestically and abroad, and a movie theater.
