BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, a globally acclaimed architecture firm, together with Dubai-based developer ARM Holding, has announced plans to transform the historic Jebel Ali Racecourse into a vibrant urban destination spanning 5 square kilometers.
The masterplan, centered around a grand central park, aims to reconnect the city with its equestrian roots and natural landscape, while introducing a new standard for integrated, sustainable urban living.
Scheduled to break ground in early 2026, the development will unfold in phases and include key components such as public infrastructure, residential communities, educational institutions, and hospitality offerings.
