Randon Implementos and JAP Africa announced a new strategic partnership. This partnership is implementing a Completely Knocked Down (CKD) Unit, assuring the assemble of semi-trailers in Kenya. The first platform and tipper sets arrived from Brazil last June to be assembled and commercialized by JAP Africa. For the next few years, the new partnership aims to achieve a continuous growth not only in Kenya, but as well as in neighbouring countries such as Tanzania and Uganda.

Randon Implementos, the largest manufacturer of trailers and semi-trailers in Latin America, has been operating in Kenya for 17 years now, while Grupo JAP, a Portuguese conglomerate, started its internationalisation process in 2010 in Angola and it is now present in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Mozambique.
