JSC is a renowned South Korean company that specializes in the export of breakers for construction, aggregate, and mining industries.
Since its split from Jisung Heavy Industries over 15 years ago, JSC has exported hydraulic breakers to more than 30 countries, including the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East. JSC has built a robust network of distributors and partners in each region to provide complete client service. Currently, all production is overseen by its parent company, Jisung Heavy Industries.
Production Capacity
JSC’s current production capacity is 300 units per month and 4,000 units per year. The organization maintains a regular delivery lead time of 5 weeks after order confirmation. To meet immediate delivery needs, particularly for domestic customers, JSC maintains an inventory of key hydraulic breaker models for 4-ton and 14-ton excavators.
UAE Partner: Al Marwan
Al Marwan is a prominent heavy machinery provider and construction company in the UAE, offering diverse solutions for various industries. As the official dealer of JSC hydraulic breakers for the UAE market, Al Marwan plays a key role in representing JSC products in the region.
Strategic collaboration with Volvo Region Asia:
In May 2022, the company started preparing for a strategic agreement with Volvo Region Asia. This collaboration resulted in the debut of the V-series Breaker in January 2023, which was a significant milestone in their global expansion.
The development process for the strategic partnership between Volvo Region Asia and JSC Co., Ltd. was spearheaded by Yongsig Jung, Head of Attachment & SAS Business of Volvo Region Asia, and Hwang-Pyo Chun, Senior Executive Director of JSC Co., Ltd.
The process involved the following important activities:
- Weekly Microsoft Teams meetings to track progress and ensure alignment on objectives.
- Developing cost structures and order procedures.
- Conducted market acceptance tests with Volvo customers.
- Conducting market studies and interviews with JSC customers.
- Providing sales and service training to Volvo’s sales force.
Following the successful launch, JSC maintains to work with Volvo Region Asia to increase the presence of our hydraulic breakers in Asian markets.
Additionally, JSC intends to launch ARES City low-noise breakers on the local market in South Korea by 2025. Based on client feedback and performance evaluations, they plan to grow into international markets.
