Known as the “XCMG Reconditioned Machine,” XCMG will use its dealer network to get used XCMG machines that meet rigorous requirements such as being in good working order, having all of its functions, and requiring little maintenance.
The equipment is then formally evaluated by XCMG after it has been disassembled, fixed, painted, and reassembled. XCMG replaces all worn parts with new certified XCMG parts. As a result, the product life is increased.
Because to XCMG’s cutting-edge procedures and technology, the refurbished equipment is less expensive than the new one without sacrificing performance or safety. For refurbished machinery, XCMG sets up a stringent assessment procedure, and it extends an invitation to SGS to provide third-party certification.
More than 150 experts from XCMG’s team are involved in the reconditioning process, and the manufacturer includes qualified professional accessors with over ten years of experience doing thorough machine analyses.
The engine, gearbox, distributor valve, hydraulic pump, and electric system are all covered under paid warranty, to increase the service life of products.
