Inside the Employee Engagement Initiatives of Al Naboodah’s CV&HE Division

Al Naboodah’s Commercial Vehicles and Heavy Equipment (CV&HE) Division recently hosted two dynamic and engaging events aimed at celebrating collective success and a strong sense of team spirit among its employees.

The first event was a dedicated team-building day featuring a series of interactive games and activities designed to enhance collaboration and communication across departments. Senior management addressed the team with inspirational speeches, highlighting key milestones and expressing appreciation for the division’s continued growth. High-performing employees were formally recognised with awards for their outstanding contributions, and the day concluded with an exciting raffle draw where several staff members won attractive prizes.

The second event took place amidst the stunning desert landscape, offering employees the thrill of dune bashing, off-roading adventures and a variety of engaging leisure activities. Leadership once again took part in the celebration, sharing motivational messages and honouring top performers through awards presentations. The evening’s festivities were rounded off with additional raffle draws, much to the delight of lucky winners.

Alongside its ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to customers across the UAE, the CV&HE Division places great value on recognising and rewarding the dedication and efforts of its team members.
