Manitowoc revealed a new lineup of Grove truck-mounted cranes tailored for emerging markets at an official launch event held at its regional headquarters in Dubai. The event drew guests from across the Middle East and Africa.
Manitowoc showcased its Grove TMC550 and introduced two additional models to the lineup: the Grove TMC250 and Grove TMC750. These models are exclusive to emerging markets including the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
Each model features advanced technologies that improve efficiency, productivity, and environmental compliance, keeping Manitowoc at the forefront of lifting solutions. The cranes are backed by Manitowoc’s extensive aftermarket support, covering parts, service, training, maintenance, and more, through the company’s long-standing regional network.
“As we expand across emerging markets, these new truck cranes enhance our existing offerings by adding new models that complement our product portfolio. The Grove brand has an excellent reputation and adding these truck cranes has allowed us to provide a more comprehensive range of solutions to our customers,” said Andrew Youssef, General Manager of Manitowoc in the Middle East, Africa, and CIS.
The TMC550 is highly competitive for the region, appealing to a segment that demands high performance and reliability, backed by world-class product support. It has a 55t capacity and a 45m telescoping main boom.
The TMC250 has a 25t capacity and 43m main boom. The TMC750 has a 75t capacity and 48m main boom. All three are equipped with extended luffing jib options. Cummins engines power the entire range, and they feature an ECO Mode to reduce engine speeds to save fuel during operation.
TMC550 units have already been sold through Grove’s distribution network in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Latin America.
