Turkish-based Elkon recently installed three different concrete batching plants throughout Iraq. The installations were located in Baghdad, Al-Diwaniyah and Al-Kut

The Elkomix-135 Quick Master Compact Concrete Plant was commissioned In Baghdad. The plant produces 3.33m3 of vibrated concrete in each cycle with the ELKON twinshaft mixer and a dry filling capacity of 5000 liters.

The Elkomix-120 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant, established in the city of Al-Diwaniyah, can produce up to 110m3 of vibrated concrete per hour with 3375/2250 liters ELKON Twinshaft mixer. In this concrete plant with T type aggregate hopper, two different aggregates are weighed at the same time, thus reducing the weighing time to half.

The Elkomix-135 Stationary Concrete Plant in Al-Kut can create up to 135 m3 of high-quality concrete per hour as soon as production begins.

With its headquarters in Turkey, Elkon has more than 4,000 concrete batching units running in 130 nations since it began producing concrete machinery in 1975.
