Develon Brings The Heat To bauma 2025 With Big Machines And Smart Tech

Munich, April 2025 – If you’ve been to Bauma this year, you’ve probably already seen the crowd gathering around Develon’s outdoor demo zone—and for good reason. They’ve brought along their full range of machines, and they’re putting on a real show.

We’re talking Articulated Dump Trucks, Excavators (crawler, mini, and wheeled), and Wheel Loaders—all fired up and working live. It’s not just a static display. It’s the kind of up-close action that reminds you why heavy equipment is so cool.

One machine that really stood out? The DA30-7 Articulated Dump Truck. This beast hauls almost 17 cubic meters in its body and handles a payload of 28 tons with ease. Under the hood, it’s got a 375 hp engine pumping out 1873 Nm of torque at just 1300 rpm—it’s made to move big stuff, fast.

Even more impressive? Watching the DX225 AI Real X Autonomous Excavator load it—all by itself. No operator in the cab, just smooth, automatic movements. It’s the kind of tech that makes you stop and think: “Wow, the future really is here.”

Also getting plenty of attention is the DL280-7 Wheel Loader, fitted with a 2.8 cubic meter bucket and a solid 190 hp diesel engine. It worked through the demo pile like it was nothing.

Develon isn’t just flexing muscle here—they’re showing how smart and capable modern machines have become. The message is clear: this brand is ready for what’s next in construction.

Stay with Plant & Equipment News as we bring you more from the show floor.
