Hyundai Construction Equipment (HCE) has released a new 32-ton excavator, HX320A. It features high fuel efficiency with eco-friendly engines, which satisfies exhaust regulations. It also helps operators achieve new heights of productivity. Its durability, operability, and convenience are all improved.

The upper/lower frames and working devices have higher durability than demanded on sites. It can perform stable work no matter how tough the environment. The wear resistance of the bucket has also been improved by using a new, harder material.

Its durability, as well as high productivity, contributes to improving operator safety. HX320A’s cabin structure uses integrally welded low-stress, high-strength steel to meet ROPS and FOG certification. This can protect the operator from risks such as roll-over and falling objects. Featuring the 6.5t counterweight, which has increased 900kg, as standard, HX320A provides the operator with stable performance. 1.74m3 bucket and 2.85-arm are optional for higher productivity.

The HCE HX320A is powered by a Cummins’ Stage V B6.7 Engine. This formidable engine is designed to comply with the emission regulations that will be introduced this April. Its power has improved by 5%, and its peak torque has increased up to 31%, which is superior to the previous model. EGR-free architecture removes the fundamental cause of frequent failures during work.

HX320A is equipped with Hi MATE as standard. Hi MATE is a remote management system, which uses data from the website or mobile app. It provides information such as daily/monthly fuel consumption and appropriate fuel level for individual work. Remote start and air conditioning control are available for smart management. Managing Idle operation hours reduces fuel costs. Real-time location information prevents equipment from theft and off-course.
