Aecom has been selected to oversee the design of the initial phase of Soudah Peaks by Soudah Development, a real estate development firm controlled by the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia (PIF).
Aecom is a well-known infrastructure consulting company that provides architecture and design services, construction management, engineering and environmental services, and project management.
According to the Saudi PIF firm, it was a significant step that signaled the start of a new stage in the construction of Soudah Peaks, the upscale mountain retreat located atop the highest peak in Saudi Arabia.
