Leading UAE construction and project development contractor Wade Adams has announced that it has landed a contract with Dubai master-developer Emaar for roads and underground utility services for its high-end property, Oasis Development.
According to the agreement, Wade Adams will supply roadways and basic utility services for the Oasis Development’s Phases 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, and 1E, which are next to Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Road and Al Yalayis Road.
Earthworks and site clearance, pavement and road construction, and the provision and installation of all basic utilities are all included in the scope of work.
In addition to shopping, communal amenities, and utilities, the Oasis Development is a residential project that mostly consists of villas and a few flats.
